I’ve had my oil changed there before they did a good job now I was showing a code bought my truck in had 13,000 miles on it and they told me they replaced the whole top of the engine push cam valves, even s now I was showing a code bought my truck in had 13,000 miles on it and they told me they replaced the whole top of the engine push cam valves, even spark plugs that they tried to blame The cause of it. Trucks out outside 3 1/2 weeks that’s a 4 to 5 day job straight to replace the top of the engine. I honestly do not think that they did anything. I think they just charged GM and said they would replace the top of my engine And they said I had a dead misfire on showing number four. No it was not a dead misfire it was a misfire, though I didn’t hook a gauge up, but I know enough about mechanics. To no insurance scam I’m gonna call GM later and get them to check into it. I guarantee you I have the original cam and lifters in the truck now I had a 2019 before this truck. I did have to get the top of the engine replaced that was a legit call But for my 24 the check engine light didn’t even come on. It was just an Eco light for my 19 every light in the truck was on, and it also taps real bad if you have bent pushrods if it even runs, my truck didn’t make a sound I know enough about mechanics to know that they ripped General Motors off but honestly, I only live like a mile from the dealership so I was always checking on my truck even if they did change all the vowels and lifters and cam there’s no way they could’ve done it because my truck was outside the whole time yeah, they just called me up all of a sudden one day told me to come pick my truck up a week before that it was sitting outside and they were gonna put a whole new motor in it a week later they called me and tell me to come pick it up and then they just replaced the top half of the motor just say even if they did the first three weeks 3 1/2 weeks my truck sat in one spot outside. You don’t tear the whole top of the motor down and then put it back together. That is a major job. I went and popped the hood on my truck and looked a week ago when it was in the parking lot the motor had been touched if they did do the top of the motor like they said they did it would’ve sat inside the shop a minimum of two weeks tear the motor down. Wait to hear back from GM auto parts four days to put it back together. No they ripped the insurance company off and I’m really mad about it because I didn’t have my truck for a month and now I have an incident report that goes on the Carfax that just lowered the value of my vehicle who would want a truck that they replaced the top half of the engine in at 13,000 miles The rip insurance company off at our cost More
