WORST car buying experience ever. They shredded my paperwork somehow and didn’t let me know until about a month after I bought the car. Had to go back and resign everything. Then they underpaid my cre paperwork somehow and didn’t let me know until about a month after I bought the car. Had to go back and resign everything. Then they underpaid my credit union for the trade of my old car even though they financed more into my new loan. Then 90 days after I bought the car they still hadn’t sent me the check for the difference or sent my paperwork to the DMV so I was unable to get plates. The day before my 2nd temp tag expired- they got it to the DMV. I never thought the car buying experience could be so bad but this definitely takes the cake of worse experiences ever! More
