I bought my 2020 Giulia in December of 2022 with approximately 9K miles on it. Within the first month, the car died in my garage overnight. I use it as a daily driver. The Service Department refused to admit there was an issue. Bart the Service Manager and Angie tried gaslighting me into believing it was just a setting with the radio shutting off after 20 seconds. There are over 500 posts in the Giulia forums identifying this issue. The infotainment knob and volume knob LED lights don't turn off and there's a persistent humming noise coming from the engine. I had to call roadside assistance nearly 12 times over 18 months to to have my car jumped in my garage. Every time I took it into the Service Department they refused to properly diagnose the issue and never bothered to ask for a master technician from Alfa Romeo's corporate office to help. Bart eventually refused service on my car, because I gave his Service Department a bad review. Bart needs to be terminated from his job. He's unprofessional and uncaring when it comes to actually solving his customer's issues. He only cares about his reviews and his ego. !!! WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALFA ROMEO OF NAPERVILLE. More

The first time in a long time where I’ve gone to a dealership and was actually approached within 30 seconds of pulling up to the dealer with a staff full of nothing but straight forward honesty. Very rare do salesman tell the truth nor care to do anything to earn your business but I can confidently take time to right this review because that’s how satisfied I am with the entire dealership. I have bought many high end cars and themselves wouldn’t treat you the way sharmin I mean I am still mindful overall great dealer I was walk-through the service department after I pushed my vehicle. They made my first appointment for the oil change and just to make sure that everything is looking good. They also offered to wash my vehicle anytime I need to just give Sharmin a ring. I mean there’s nothing more you can ask for give it a shot. You’re gonna waste your time elsewhere anyway, I with full confidence you’ll be buying a car.. take my word for it I wrote this review right that must mean something. Good luck ask for Sharminnn!!! More
