He was very responsive with my phone calls and emails always answered immediately. Barry is also extremely knowledgeable of each feature of a vehicle. My trade-in was a 2003 model so there were many changes in the 2009 model I purchased. Barry patiently explained everything that was different and set the car to my preferences so I felt quite comfortable when I drove away. The entire sales staff is professional and pleasant as well as the dealership being clean and well furnished/maintained. My past and present experiences with Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown have been very favorable and look forward to dealing with them in the future. More

MB of Hagerstown is a really unique dealership which is why I gave them the top rating possible. My sales guy Barry London knows more about MB than anyone I have ever dealt with. He explained the features of a highly technologically advanced vehicle (ML 550) in a simple and easy to understand fashion. He is a patient and knowledgeable guy who gave me his mobile number and told me I could call him anytime when I had questions. I have purchased dozens of cars over the years and not one salesman gave me his cell phone number. Austin Shemon the finance guy was terrific too. MB Hagerstown has a superior web site which is what attracted me in the first place. I saw a car I liked and was able to chat with Barry right away. I drove 80 miles to buy a car from these guys based on my sense that they are honest and would be excellent to deal with. I was right! More
