Kudos to Barry Brooks for being a professional, outstanding sales rep. Barry sold me two of my vehicles at another dealership and when I found out that he was at Rivard there was no question that outstanding sales rep. Barry sold me two of my vehicles at another dealership and when I found out that he was at Rivard there was no question that I would travel a further distance to have my car serviced at Rivard just because of Barry. He makes you feel like family and will go the extra mile to make sure you get the vehicle that you want for an honest price. My next vehicle will be purchased with Barry! Thank you for all you do! If you want perfection, make sure you see Barry Brooks! Like I said before he screwed me this is not the vehicle. I want the one I want was sitting outside, but not the color and I told him that it had a trailer hitch power doors, power seats. I told him I want something with everything he did not tell me that this vehicle that I have had less no I do not want the vehicle. I’d return it. If I could I will never buy from you again and I was looking for a new truck fully equipped, but I will go to another GMC dealer. If anybody asked me I will tell them not to buy from you. The man even called me a liar after the last review I left. I am not a liar nor is my wife. He never said anything about the vehicle having less. I should report you all to the consumer protection bureau, but I think they’re shut that down like I told him fool me once shame on you for me twice. Shame on me. More

Barry took the time to ensure that our process was very smooth. He was not one of those vultures that come out and just tell you what you wanna hear.
