I was out riding with my wife on a Saturday just sightseeing and we decided to stop by Langdale Honda to see if they had invoices on their cars and so we were impressed! They had a beautiful Honda C sightseeing and we decided to stop by Langdale Honda to see if they had invoices on their cars and so we were impressed! They had a beautiful Honda Civic touring model fully loaded with a three year warranty where as other dealerships you have to purchase one and a lifetime power train warranty. We were also impressed with Frank Boyett and courteous service and mannerism! So we were in there in a couple hours and walked out the door with a 2022 Honda Civic touring model. Thanks to the sales associate and keep up the great work! Hats off to Langdale Honda! More

Very Very Poor Service and rude manager "Scott" 06-12-20 My wife and I purchased a 2020 Honda Pilot Black version we put 50% down. The sales person Mr Hood was very polite. The problem was when he took the My wife and I purchased a 2020 Honda Pilot Black version we put 50% down. The sales person Mr Hood was very polite. The problem was when he took the car to the service dept to be detailed. We waited and waited Mr Hood was going back to the service dept and coming back. I could see he was getting frustrated. Finally the car came out. Well we opened the rear door to find mud all around the inside. Mr hood went and got a rag to clean it off. Then we went to the front of the car and well their was a scuff on the hood of the car and you can see what ever was dropped onto it also dropped onto the front bumper. The inside of the car at the console was all finger prints. We left and was told not to do a bad review because that is how they get their pay. So I am supposed to lie ? Harrold was also very polite. Every one up front was nice. Now I get a bill from Allstate and they had a Honda Civic and a completely wrong vin. So yesterday I phoned Harrold with no call back. Now today I also called with no call back. I finally was able to get through your manager Scott. Well he was very belligerent and said to me they only made a mistake on the vin. I said sir I am concerned that my car paperwork is mixed up with the Civic. Scott was belligerent again. I asked him if he thought I was mn and he stated that if I wanted to start this conversation over I could call back. Very Very rude. I am a concerned customer and never got an answer. Is my paperwork mixed up with the owner of the civic ? In closing I have been self employed for most of my life. I would of never been business with a bad attitude. I am totally disgusted and still dont know If my paperwork with langdale is correct and not mixed up. Dan and Sharon Beffa More
