Very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us determine the true warranty needs in our situation. I appreciate his work. 3. Kendall Brown: Took time to sit with me to help me understand the particulars of charging, levels of charging and costing thereof at charging stations. Also explained the battery capacity and composition and degradation potential. All these are key items in enjoying our driving experience with our new EV. Kudos to Kendall. More
