There are extremely lack of communication which leads to inefficiency. I had eyed this 2017 BMW under a previous sales rep who just lied through his teeth just to get me at the dealership only to find out inefficiency. Fortunately that's where I interfaced with Dao who salvaged some of this bad experience and because I wanted the car, it helped having to deal with all this nonsense. More
