I'd like to thank Jacob Warner and his manager for helping me get an electric lumbar installed in the drivers seat and for finding me a spare tire. I'm disabled and in Mi. it's not uncommon for us to helping me get an electric lumbar installed in the drivers seat and for finding me a spare tire. I'm disabled and in Mi. it's not uncommon for us to get minus 15-20 below zero. Without a spare I'm basically stranded if I get a blowout or something was to cut my sidewall. I can't walk over 1/3 mile as I have spinal stenosis. These folks moved mountains to help me out and I can't thank them enough. For anyone reading this don't assume that if you purchase the same make and model from one year to the next that you'll get the same options, as Ford cut the s__t out of mine. Thank you Jacob. More
