Stopped in to adjust my tire pressure when the weather changed and the service team was fast and had me out in time to be back to work without being late. Everyone is so nice and makes sure you are up to changed and the service team was fast and had me out in time to be back to work without being late. Everyone is so nice and makes sure you are up to date and aware of what’s happening behind the scenes. I honestly don’t dread making car check in appointments with the service department. WONDERFUL car buying experience I looked around at A LOT of dealerships and had pretty much given up hope. A friend recommended coming to Ken Garff Southtown, and to be honest, I walked in with little hope. However, that was not the case. Everyone I worked with there was intent on helping me get into a new car and went above and beyond to make that happen in a very professional and helpful way. I was truly impressed beyond what words can express, and I will recommend this dealership to EVERYONE. More
