As a dealership for sales experience, you guys were beyond amazing. For Service, Tony went above and beyond and was amazing. The brand new Canyon had an issue with a fuel injector less than two months beyond amazing. For Service, Tony went above and beyond and was amazing. The brand new Canyon had an issue with a fuel injector less than two months after purchase so it stayed in the shop for quite a while as the service team and GM tried to get it repaired. They didn't release it to us until they were sure it was without issue, and I totally respect that and appreciate it. Your shop, however, leaves a lot to be desired. When I came to pick up my truck, there was damage to the driver's door where someone had bounced the door off a rack in the shop. There was damage to the front right fender with paint missing and a visible mark where it had hit something. This truck is currently in your body shop for a paint job to repair damage your shop did. While I appreciate that you are making it right, I'm incredibly frustrated that once again I've made another truck payment on a vehicle I do not have in my possession and this time it's because someone didn't give a xxxx about someone else's property enough to take care of it. This was the first brand new truck my husband had ever purchased on September 30th. It went into the shop on Decemeber 17th and was returned to me January 25th. I then had to bring it back on February 4th for the paint to be repaired and am still without it as of today, which is February 16th. I was called on February 12th and told it would be ready the next day and would be called. I got the call on February 14th that it would be sometime the beginning of the next week. So here we sit. I do appreciate the beautiful Envision that the dealership didn't seem to be too eager to lend us. I can't help but wonder where we would be now had GM Executive Office not been involved, which by the way, they contacted me when the vehicle was towed and not the other way around. I can't say that I will bring my vehicle back to your shop unless I absolutely have to, because I don't want it to be damaged again. I hope whoever did the repairs under the hood took better care of that than he did the exterior. With this experience in mind, I find your actual shop personnel to be unprofessional and irresponsible. More

I stopped in and was immediately greeted with the warmest welcome. I was just looking at that moment and not really wanting to purchase . But…..Because of Bruce Hurst and his helpfulness I actually found t welcome. I was just looking at that moment and not really wanting to purchase . But…..Because of Bruce Hurst and his helpfulness I actually found the vehicle that would fit my needs. There was no pressure whatsoever. I was able to make an appointment for the next day to bring my fiancé back. Bruce took us for a test drive and answered all of our questions. I was giving up my 2500:Chevy HD and needed something comparable. I was given a very fair trade in value for my truck. You see, I raise Labrador Retrievers and needed a vehicle that was big enough and dependable to accommodate their crates and necessary items as I train duck dogs and deliver my puppies all over the US. I’m excited to say that I’m driving a Toyota 4 Runner that is in immaculate condition. Thanks to Bruce Hurst for his dedication and support!! I got a great vehicle that fits our needs along with an awesome guarantee and extended warranty! More
