Kaitlyn is great. She keeps me informed of the status of my car while I wait. She is a very pleasant person. What I don't like is having to pay 3% extra to use my credit card. For a dealer who charges $54 for a fuse that I can buy at an auto store for $4.50 it is an insult to nickle and dime the customs for using a credit card. Frank Cook More
