I recently went to this dealership for an oil change and tire rotation and it took over 2 and a half hours. I was there on time for my appointment at 8:30 am and nobody was in front of me on a Wednesday. So tire rotation and it took over 2 and a half hours. Someone from the dealership texted me asking if I would like an offer on my car and after I agreed (out of curiosity), he sent me a disrespectfully low amount of money in his offer. Sales also did not ask me whether or not I wanted a sticker inside my car windshield showing the mileage, but went ahead and did it anyway (I would have declined, as I always do). Will not be going back. More

I would highly recommend John Mancini at Pellegrino Buick GMC. He was everything that you would want in a salesperson when buying a car.
