10 stars! Best salesman by far! After visiting other dealerships in the area, we found ourselves at Mclarty Toyota and met BJ. Completely the opposite of what you would expect in a salesman. He was never once pushy with us, let us browse at our pace and quickly and knowledgeably answered all of our questions. We stopped in to the dealership late in the evening after the holidays, told BJ what we wanted to be at for a price, and what we wanted for our trade in. In about 20 minutes we were at our numbers and signing on a brand new Sequoia. Courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to work to satisfy his customers are just a few of BJ's attributes. His no nonsense, no BS work made this the best car buying experience we have ever had. I was immediately helped and not by several salesmen fighting over me, but by the man that greeted me inside. I knew what I thought I wanted but the salesman helped me really find what I truly wanted while being in my budget. I was never pushed to do anything I felt uncomfortable with. The manager even came to say hello and welcome me. I was offered beverages during the waiting process. I walked out only 4 hours later with the car I wanted! This dealership and the salesman BJ was the BEST! More
