I’m not one to be bombarded or feel rushed to buy something so I was hesitant but my experience that day with Valley Nissan was top notch hands down! Harold Wells definitely made me feel at ease and he kept checking in to make sure I was happy with my decision in the end. He was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. I didn’t feel any pressure to settle for anything other than what I wanted. The entire team was a pleasure to work with and they ran like a well oiled machine. Went the extra mile We drove 2 hours to Valley Nissan to test drive a car. Sadly the one we had seen online was no longer available, but Ahmad went to extra mile to find We drove 2 hours to Valley Nissan to test drive a car. Sadly the one we had seen online was no longer available, but Ahmad went to extra mile to find the perfect car for me. I actually found a newer car with less miles for a great price. The whole team was so polite and extremely friendly with my children and did their best to entertain them. Bj made sure we got the best deal on interest rates and Walker was the friendliest employee with children I have ever seen. Overall a terrific experience that they took upon themselves to turn around for us. Will definitely make the drive to do business with them in the future. More
