I am a retired 72-year-old woman who had been searching for a newer Lexus RX350 online and in nearby auto dealership inventories. Until yesterday, I had been driving my second RX 350–fully convin searching for a newer Lexus RX350 online and in nearby auto dealership inventories. Until yesterday, I had been driving my second RX 350–fully convinced that I would not have survived the terrible car accident that had totaled my first RX over 10 years ago had I not been in that RX. Finally, I found a Lexus RX online, but it was at Geaux Chevrolet and not at a Lexus dealership. Also, it was in Laplace, and I live in the Mandeville Covington area. Still, I reviewed the vehicle description, features, mileage, and packages l—many, many times. What pushed me to contact Geaux Chevrolet was the information shared on their site along with the fully accessible and free CarFax history. Ritchie Terrio and I connected immediately- first through texts and then in person. He focused on learning about my vehicle needs, wants, individual driving patterns, safety concerns, and comfort expectations. Along with Oscar Elzy, Ritchie answered all of my questions without hesitation and discussed my options and concerns. I never felt pressured to make any quick decisions. I left without making a purchase, but with specific details that would allow me to make an informed decision without regrets. When I got back home, I accepted an offer I had previously been given in my neighborhood for the Lexus I was still driving. Then, I was able to renegotiate a purchase price and with assistance from Ben Wightkin and Shane Smith, become the proud and extremely happy owner of the 2019 Lexus RX350. Whether you’re looking online or in person for a new or used vehicle, near your hometown or an hour or more away, a Chevrolet or a different model, I highly recommend you consider Geaux Chevrolet.
