Hi, we are sorry to hear of your unsatisfactory experience. Some of your requested repairs were not covered underneath the warranty protection plan you had purchased with the car. Since those repairs were not covered by the warranty plan, there would be an additional cost, which you had mentioned you did not want to pay and to only do the things that were covered per terms of warranty. If you would like you can come back into the service center and we will help with the cost of repairing the car. Please reach out to us to discuss.
