The BDC girl Shania is terrible. I’m from out of state and I saw a car online that I wanted to purchase. This lady told me that the specific car I was looking at was available. xxxx, this really sucks, it was too late once I realized we were being scammed, warrantys and fees were added that weren’t disclosed to us and we were even shorted on the trade-in quote initially given, had we were being scammed, warrantys and fees were added that weren’t disclosed to us and we were even shorted on the trade-in quote initially given, had I read the reviews of the same thing happening to others I could’ve saved time and money, although I’m not a fault here, I’m disappointed I let them get over on me, shame on me for expecting honesty, transparency and integrity right? I can’t even enjoy my purchase because we were ripped off unknowingly. (It also needs to be serviced , certain I’ll get there run around on this too) They must’ve noted or flagged me as a difficult customer somewhere because now I’m just being ignored flat out, it’s really a shame, I’m actually going to have to secure the attorney I reached out to just to get things handled quickly and efficiently, further inconvenience both financially and time wise. I’ve had the car for a few days and I can already see now that I’m going to have to sue these people… deep sigh. If you scammers at Victory Mitsubishi see this, save the xx reply, I’ve reached out directly, I’ve called non stop, I’ve inconveniently travelled back and forth, I’ll give it one more shot after the dust has cleared a little, if I’m still dismissed when I go to get my concerns handled, I’ll see you in court. The final total was far higher than we expected and agreed to and not to mention was NOT DICUSSED with us, when we signed for the car we were under the impression that we were signing for the initial total price of everything, taxes, fees, trade in, they later added unnecessary add ons disguised as “dealership fees” which should’ve been included in the total price we were initially given, complete bait and switch, complete scam, I will be exploring all possible resources and legal remedies.
