Our vehicle did not receive servicing before our purchase, which my wife and I did not find out about until we arrived back home in Hollister, MO. This necessitated another trip to the dealership to purchase, which my wife and I did not find out about until we arrived back home in Hollister, MO. This necessitated another trip to the dealership to get the servicing performed later that week. If the servicing had been done, we would not have been out the additional trip time and expenses to get it done a week after our purchase. Overall, we still consider the buying experience a good one though. Dallas, the Service Advisor, did an excellent job in correcting the situation for us. Kudos to Dallas! More
