The worst experience I've ever had buying a car. I went to the dealership on Memorial Day weekend and attempted to purchase a 2020 Nissan Altima. They kept me there until 9:40 pm. And still didn't ge I went to the dealership on Memorial Day weekend and attempted to purchase a 2020 Nissan Altima. They kept me there until 9:40 pm. And still didn't get the car. I had to prove that it was insured. So I did that and sent them proof. It was 3 pm Tuesday after Memorial Day and I called and asked about the deal. And was told when I gave them the title to my trade. Which they already had and lost it they'd deliver the car. And then I got called two weeks after finally getting my car from Ole Ben Franklin Clinton Hwy. The guy said I'd made a straw purchase and I'd have to come back in re do all the paperwork that they messed up. I told him I was over their shenanigans and I wanted to just get my trade in back and go elsewhere. And was told by the finance manager Chuck and general manager that I couldn't get my trade in back. If I backed out of the deal I'd just forfeit my 2013 Nissan Versa I traded in. That I'd signed power of attorney and I can't get it back. I guess I'll have to take legal action to get my trade in back.I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. More
