While I was not ready to buy a vehicle on my first visit, Jackie remained courteous and helpful without being persistent or aggressive. She provided both verbal and written information regarding the vehicles I was considering and was professional and customer service oriented at all times. Likewise, Austin Shemon was helpful with arranging the financial paperwork and advising my wife and I about additional options designed to protect our purchase beyond the factory and Certified Pre-owned agreement. Our last car (S320) was 13 years old with over 170K miles. Although I was not initially happy with the trade-in price, the car itself served us very well. We look forward to enjoying the E320 diesel. We've only had the car since Monday (May 30th) and my wife has already stated how she loves it. The clearity of the hands free phone is outstanding. The Blue Tec Diesel is everything we thought it would be and more with power to spare. More
