I found this vehicle on 12-30-11 at 8pm, contacted the dealer, they contacted me within a few minutes. Their dealership had already closed, but they still contacted me to answer any questions I had. From the comfort level we had with their website and the staff we dealt with as far as their courtesy we drove 2 hours on 12-31-11 to view the vehicle. Everything went perfectly! We could not have been happier with this dealer and it's staff! Our comfort level was awesome in every way with this dealer and staff. We highly recommend you take a look at their used selection as well as their new cars. I can assure you that their prices were better and they were more eager to work with us than any car dealer in the Harrisburg area we contacted over the past two weeks or so. My experience at MB of Hagerstown was great. Barry London was very knowledgeable and completely worked around my schedule and kept me apprised when the cars I was interested in arrived. THIS WAS THE BEST BUYING A CAR EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY GAVE ME A GREAT PRICE FOR THE CAR I PURCHSED. THE SALE PERSON STEPHEN WAS VERY NICE THROUGH THE WHOLE DEAL. While I have owned several luxury vehicles, I have never purchased a Mercedes Benz until now. The sales associate, Jackie Payne, was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Wh purchased a Mercedes Benz until now. The sales associate, Jackie Payne, was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. While I was not ready to buy a vehicle on my first visit, Jackie remained courteous and helpful without being persistent or aggressive. She provided both verbal and written information regarding the vehicles I was considering and was professional and customer service oriented at all times. Likewise, Austin Shemon was helpful with arranging the financial paperwork and advising my wife and I about additional options designed to protect our purchase beyond the factory and Certified Pre-owned agreement. We are satisfied with our new purchase and appreciate the approach taken by the staff at Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. More

Mike couldn't have been more helpful. Lastly--I also dealt with Rob and Austin in the finance department. Both were very helpful. I have know Austin for a long time--class act. The entire experience was first class--as always. More

In the past 10 years (I believe it was 10 years), we always had very good care from your dealership and will keep coming back. The quality of the Mercedes-Benz goes without saying. Our last car (S320) was 13 years old with over 170K miles. Although I was not initially happy with the trade-in price, the car itself served us very well. We look forward to enjoying the E320 diesel. We've only had the car since Monday (May 30th) and my wife has already stated how she loves it. The clearity of the hands free phone is outstanding. The Blue Tec Diesel is everything we thought it would be and more with power to spare. More

(Says a lot about the sales rep / finance manager).I have purchased several vehicles in the past and this dealership by far was the best experience I have ever had. From the Sales Rep Michael Lavrenchik to the Finance Manger Austin Shemon they made the whole experience extremely enjoyable and they really knew their stuff. Their professionalism, attitude, work ethic, and character were within the highest regards of any sales manager/sales representative I have dealt with and/or heard of others dealing with. Mercedes should really be proud that they have them two guys on their team! Job well done to Mercedes and especially to both Sales Rep Michael Lavrenchik and Finance Manger Austin Shemon.
