Great car buying experience! Wes was wonderful to deal with, very knowledgeable and took extra effort to be sure all of our questions were answered. Every step of the purchasing experience was fun, easy, and full of excitement. The car is brilliant, but the pleasure of buying was professional perfection. When we drove off smiling with our car and complimentary chocolate, we were brainstorming ways to incorporate the Hagerstown Mercedes standard of practice for our own business. I have purchased three Mercedes in the past three years. I chose Mercedes for their safety rating after being in a car accident back in early 2011. I was completely satisfied with my first purchase (2008 C I chose Mercedes for their safety rating after being in a car accident back in early 2011. I was completely satisfied with my first purchase (2008 C300). I was particularly happy with the gas mileage. I was getting nearly 500 highway miles on one tank of gas. In September 2013 when I brought it in for service, Brian approached me to discuss upgrading me to a newer model and possibly a lower monthly payment. Long story short, I did not have a good experience with him. Although he was new, he lacked the knowledge of the vehicles and customer service I had had in my prior experience. I reluctantly dealt with him anyway. After much back and forth he found me a car (2010 C300). By this time I had become reliable on Adam in service. He was the one that provided me with a lot of the information on the car. I thought this car was better suited for me because it was all wheel drive. What I failed to ask about was the gas mileage. I didn't find out until I mentioned it to Adam later that this car wouldn't have as good gas mileage as my other car because this one was all wheel drive. Had I known that I probably wouldn't have bought the car. It was my fault that I didn't ask. I just thought since it was the "same" class, it would get the same gas mileage. I recently took a new job in Laurel, MD. I live in Hagerstown so I am driving nearly 200 miles a day. Putting gas in that car has been an every other day process. So when it came time to be serviced last week, I immediately asked Adam if Mercedes has something with better gas mileage. He mentioned the CLA and introduced me to Mike. I has a great experience with Mike. Mike was knowledgeable about the car; however, I often found myself back in Adam's office or on the phone with him throughout this whole purchase because he is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and TRUSTWORTHY. His job is service, not sales. But he sells me these cars! He cares about his customers and it shows! More

As a single, 20-something professional living 300 miles from home who had never before independently purchased a car without parental guidance and is (to boot) completely lacking knowledge in the automotiv from home who had never before independently purchased a car without parental guidance and is (to boot) completely lacking knowledge in the automotive department -- I was nervous to say the least walking into Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown the first time. Within 5 minutes of meeting Barry London, I knew I had come to the right place. From our first conversation he went out of his way to educate me on every step of the process and update me continuously throughout the ordering, building and shipping stages. The attention to detail and friendliness exuded by Barry and everyone else I met at the dealership were truly astounding. Not for a moment did I feel pressured or confused. I can't imagine that buying a car is generally this effortless. I've certainly been spoiled and if I had the choice, I'd never go anywhere else. More

We recently purchased our second Mercedes vehicle from the Hagerstown dealership. We chose this dealership a couple of years ago due to it's home town atmosphere and friendly staff. I am from Indiana, Pennsylvania and drove a 3 hour drive to purchase a used chrysler sebring convertible "my dream car" from mercedes-benz of hagerstown. The sales staff were very friendly. Mike Lavrenchik was awesome, friendly and had a great sense of humor. The whole transaction went very smooth. The dealership was clean, I appreciated the mint sented soap in the restrooms and the cleanliness. Austin Shemon handled the paper work and also was very friendly. I would most definitely make the 3 hour drive again in the future to buy from this dealership. More

I have purchased a 2004 E320 wagon from dealership about 6 hours away from MD. I was impressed to start with until the car lot, used car deal started kicking in. I left a deposit day one of talking to the service manager, a week later car still not detailed? I spoke to manager the first phone call and explained to him I didn't want to deal with a sales guy. I then was handed off to Brian Connoley, on several occasion he sent me photos and thought he was going to carry the torch. After about two weeks into the deal still no car complete ready to ship or pick up? I spoke to him on what was the hold up and what was taken so long? he explained they were busy? two weeks to get a car ready with only 9000 miles? They finally he says he was shipping paper work over night! Again no paper work? I called him around 4 he said Austin "manager" was off he needed to call him at 5ish I called because he never called me back, then he got a attitude and stated "you haven't bought the car yet, you have a few more steps and he could sell the car for $3000 more than I was paying! I WILL HAVE AUSTIN CALL YOU" CLICK the phone hangs up? What a surprise from a Mercedes dealer? After a lot of the typical car lot car dealer BS. We finally get things done to where they can drive car to me the weekend before thanksgiving because we were going to drive it out of town! There drivers wrecked it on the way here. I then call the dealer to find that Austin was tied up with someone else, then was but through to another manager he asked "do you want the car or not" do what I asked? I sent you a check over a week ago the car was paid for and is mine sir but I didn't want it wrecked? I think I forgot to mention this was supposed to be a garage kept car stated by Austin and Brian. The seal around the headlights were rotted off and the tires were dry rotted. I then after so many thing were messed up on this deal, I contacted the head guy Brandon Younger. I explained to him the issues and he sounded like he was concerned about my experience? He stated he would gather information and get back to me shortly, after a day and a half I sent he a follow up e-mail and asked what he thought? then he replied he would goodwill one tire, seem to just blow me off on other issue? I then realized he was just blowing me off trying to get rid of me, he had his money so he was going to do as little as possible! Would you be mad? Remember a few things! I was told on numerous occasions things that never happened and the car was not what they described over the phone and then didn't do much to fix issues. Be careful before you buy because the head guy is like the rest of his crew! The quote I think goes like this "FISH STINK FROM HEAD DOWN" I was as nice and calm through this transaction and it did no good! The good-- I ended up after few repairs and a new set of Michelins a awesome Mercedes wagon! that my wife loves! THE BAD- dealer failed on the job! I could go on with the details but it was a raw deal and was not handled properly! Then when Mr. younger had the torch in his hand he dropped it as well. More
