BUYER BEWARE the vehicle engine went out after only 4 months! Caused EXTREME mental and financial anguish. When they made us a “discount “ to fix it for 8,500 DOLLARS, it sat there for a week with absolutely no movement towards repair. Oscar said, “I don’t think they’ve even found an engine yet” Found?? Is it a scavenger hunt?? We took it to a wonderful mechanic who had it completed in 6 days for two thousand three hundred dollars LESS. Nevertheless the sucker punch remains. We paid 18000 dollars for a vehicle with 118k miles which engine blew in 4 months. No way out and can’t refinance that hefty interest rate because it’s age- but they knew that at the time of sale. In 38 years of car ownership nothing has sucker punched like this. More
