Wonderful courteous service! I had been putting off getting my Corolla service for a couple of years for an airbag recall. I did not realize that the Richmond Toyota dealership was Under New Management. I was dealt with in such a courteous manner by Austin and he was very understanding when I had to cancel my first appointment because of the flu. He arranged for someone to drive me to my destination after I drop my car off. I had two recalls which were both repaired and it didn't cost me anything. I am totally satisfied with the service I received at Cronin Toyota! More

Excellent Service From the time we drove up to the service department to the time we left, we were treated with courtesy and in a very professional manner. We were only there long enough to have my truck's oil changed and the truck washed, but the atmosphere was very relaxing, and all the staff was friendly and courteous. I felt very secure in knowing that my truck was given the multi point inspection by very knowledgeable mechanics, and at a very reasonable price.
