My earlier initial impression of your dealership, not from Kevin, seemed like ‘no big deal went very well and the sales person, Kevin, was very nice. Fortunately, I knew exactly what I wanted and left the first time around. My return trip with Kevin was good. The back office personal could certainly step out of their office and show respect for a customer instead of just sending the sales person to deliver their unwillingness to talk about pricing.
