Great experience with sales. Horrible experience with service. The we owe staff does not respond to any of my voicemails and I’ve been given a lot of bull from individuals answer Horrible experience with service. This day 2 and I was told yesterday that I would receive a phone call from somebody who knows what’s going on with my vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle with a We Owe contract to repair an issue. Still not a word. I have spoken to at least 5 individuals 2 of whom said the were sending a email to the service manager with my issue and that he would get back to me. If I was someone who reads this and is thinking about buying a used vehicle from them, I would go elsewhere. They got my 10k down payment and basically don’t give a bull about me. More

We had a great experience in the purchase of our car with Azhar Khan. My husband was pretty rude and defensive when we sat down with him, mostly because of bad reviews he had read with other dealerships and Azhar Khan. My husband was pretty rude and defensive when we sat down with him, mostly because of bad reviews he had read with other dealerships and a not so pleasant experience with our local dealership. Azhar remained kind and professional and made the transaction pretty seamless. My husband did apologize to him and was happy with our experience as well. Azhar was on vacation when our car was delivered and ready for pickup but he ensured we were taken care of with Yasir completing our deal. Yasir was also very pleasant and even though he was very busy, he made sure we were not sitting around waiting for him. He was also very polite and ensured I was familiarized with all the bells and whistles before I drove off in my beautiful new hybrid RAV4! Very happy with the care we received. More
