My wife and I purchased a new Honda HR-V from Ricky Castillo and we were very pleased with how things went. Ricky and his sales manager gave me a good price upfront and stuck with it. Ricky put us at e Castillo and we were very pleased with how things went. Ricky and his sales manager gave me a good price upfront and stuck with it. Ricky put us at ease throughout the whole process. He kept his eye out for when our vehicle was coming into the dealership and kept us informed. The day our HR-V came in, Ricky and the service department worked to get the vehicle ready and we were picking it up that night. Austin made the paperwork process go very smoothly. With our purchase completed, Ricky explained some features on our new Honda, answered our questions and off we went with our new vehicle and a smile on our faces. Ricky, Ryan and Thomas were all great and honestly every Regal employee we came across that day was friendly and welcoming. Thank you Ricky and thank you to everyone at Regal Honda. More
