Very Frustrating Successful Purchase I’ve had mixed experience with the sales group at Roswell Infiniti. Good in 2010; lousy in 2012 compelling me to go to Gwinnett, their sister shop; go I’ve had mixed experience with the sales group at Roswell Infiniti. Good in 2010; lousy in 2012 compelling me to go to Gwinnett, their sister shop; good again in 2015 giving them a shot; and lousy again in 2019. Here’s the problem: we were told three times “the car is yours” before it was for real the fourth time. I attribute this to management, as their communication with the sales team was poor. I liked the persistence, professionalism and the friendliness of the sales staff to the point we were ready to go. But after leaving a trip early to get back and work out a deal on the car we wanted, agree upon a price and have the price sheet prepared, the sales manager informs us that “unfortunately, this particular car was brought in for another buyer, a repeat buyer, and they had first choice.” I had to inform him that We, too, was a repeat buyers, which he clearly did not know nor did it matter. What was additionally disappointing is that when my wife and I started to leave, there no offer of a handshake, no statement that, as a repeat buyer, they would go out on the hunt for another vehicle, — no, just a sad walk away by both parties. Btw, the salesman offered me a sincere apology and a handshake at that time. The SM did not handle his side well. So the other two “oops”: We’re called on Saturday morning saying the other buyer passed and, if we wanted it, it was ours!” We were excited about it and said we’d take it. Not 30 minutes later, the next call comes saying “Don’t come — apparently they haven’t really decided!” At that point, we decided to go get a pre-owned Mercedes E400 convertible from which would have ended a 10 year relationship with Infiniti. Sure enough, the phone rings again and we’re told it is really yours if you wanted. At that point, I had some choice words about us coming maybe down there for no reason, but I was assured the car was mine if we did, so we did and the seal got closed. Communication between management and the sales team was way off and it almost cost them a customer and definitely impacted my perception of the Roswell management team. If I didn’t have the history with then that I have, I could write this off as a one-off, but I do so I can’t. Get your act together folks! I have had nothing but excellence from the service side of things, so I would still recommend them to a friend, but I would tell them to deal with the sales management with caution — that’s a shame. More

Christian Puglisi was very helpful in pointing out the salient features of each vehicle, and Bill Gray worked very hard to earn our business. We settled on a beautiful silver 2018 Infiniti Q60S that reminded us so much of our first Z car, a 280ZX Turbo. The whole experience was very easy, professional, and enjoyable. Love the car. Look forward to being able to drive it! Purchased a 2018 Q50S which I absolutely love. Drove it home with no problem. When I tried to start it up the next morning, the service engine light w Purchased a 2018 Q50S which I absolutely love. Drove it home with no problem. When I tried to start it up the next morning, the service engine light was on again (it had been on during the test drive), and the car was very slow to start. I brought it to my local dealership who told me the battery was low. Still having cold starting issues I had to bring it back to the dealership where they believe that it is a fuel delivery issue. Car is beautiful and I was given exceptional customer service, but it has spent more time being worked in than in my possession. Very disappointed with the service department for letting a car be sold with these issues. Only bright spot is that it is a CPO! More
