Great dealership with the exception of the finance department. The rep I had was awful. I have never experienced the pressure this rep put on me. I would have walked out if it wasn’t for the fact I’ve department. The rep I had was awful. I have never experienced the pressure this rep put on me. I would have walked out if it wasn’t for the fact I’ve bought several cars here. He was insulting and tried to bully me in addition to lying to me. More

The Dealership reached out to me to book a service appointment, which I did make for Sat at 9:30am, I have the conforming email to prove I had an appointment. I brought the car in, worked with the ad appointment, which I did make for Sat at 9:30am, I have the conforming email to prove I had an appointment. I brought the car in, worked with the advisor to get an oil change and tire rotation, the advisor could not find the appointment but assured me it was not a big deal. After waiting an hour, I noticed my car had not moved from its spot and did not even see the inside of the shop. I had the advisor check the status and he reported there was still 1 more in front of me, I asked for the car back, the advisor brought me back the car and said I should have had a "real" appointment I confirmed that I did and all I got from him was an eye roll and "sorry dude", I asked for the store to contact me and and I'm still waiting to hear from them. Update: got a call from the service manager he left a message, when I returned his call later that day I was told he was out of town at a car convention for a week. So issue in not resolved or even addressed. More

Bought my car there 9 years ago, service experience. They do not inspect my car as papers shown after service. My headlight has been out for over a year & they marked they all work the last two service They do not inspect my car as papers shown after service. Got an oil change, upon pickup was casually told there may be a major issue with my bearings. Wasn't given any more useful info. Had to go to a separate mechanic for an estimate and verification that the may be a major issue with my bearings. Wasn't given any more useful info. Had to go to a separate mechanic for an estimate and verification that the parts were bad and there was an issue. Total waste of time. Called back the next day for an approximate estimate and despite being there yesterday, I was told I needed to be there so they could provide an estimate. Are you serious that with information about the car yesterday, you can't provide an approximate estimate to me to day? I understand the price may fluctuate but don't blow me off and give me an insane number to get me off the phone. Used to think highly of this place but not now. More
