Sales person, told me last night that he would send me a purchase agreement only to tell me this morning that the truck had been sent out for upgrades. An hour later another sales person sent me an email a purchase agreement only to tell me this morning that the truck had been sent out for upgrades. An hour later another sales person sent me an email and then called me to ask me about getting the truck. I told him the other salesperson told me that the truck had been sent out for an upgrade. He said that he just saw the truck. He said he would check on it and call me back. He never did call me back and he pulled his email back. They are just a bunch of liars. Stay away!! More

Called about a new jeep they have advertised online which has a great discount. Went through all the hassle of giving them my information and discuss a trade, only to find out they are not in fact giving the has a great discount. Austin made me wait for a vehicle to arrive for almost 2 weeks which when it came in he sprang a 5K up-charge on me. He should of told me when I inquired. Not only that he never called me back with a final weeks which when it came in he sprang a 5K up-charge on me. He should of told me when I inquired. Not only that he never called me back with a final sales price and… the next day I was sending additional information and looked on the website to see if the price was posted and found out that it was listed for 6K off the price he quoted the day before. So I requested more info to the internet dealer which she called me back to notify me that the vehicle was sold an hour ago. Austin never contacted me to keep the deal alive. He dropped me. Not good business, tried to overcharge me as well. Watch out people. Not good ethics here. More
