They try to sell you on things that you don’t need. The service writers at this dealership are indifferent. It’s like they all call “not it” when a customer walks in. Whoever draws the short straw has to finally look up at greeting you. I was offered and accepted a multipoint inspection and a car wash when I dropped my car off for service. Neither was completed yet all of the check boxes on my record were green. Every single one. I knew my rear wiper needed to be replaced and the tire pressure was low. Neither were addressed. I had remote start installed on my car. Was handed my keys by the porter with no explanation how to use it. I had to go back in and ask. Ive had similar experiences at this dealership before. The last time i had my oil changed I was told they didn’t do the safety inspection because they didn’t have time. I love my Subaru but almost didnt buy it because this is the only dealership nearby. Would go elsewhere if i could. More
