Kevin promised various things that would come along with the purchase of the vehicle. This including weather tech mats, customization of the cars emblems, refund for pre purchased keys. Once the car was pur the purchase of the vehicle. This including weather tech mats, customization of the cars emblems, refund for pre purchased keys. Once the car was purchased it took constant back and forth to get these things completed. He let us know that he payed for the customization out of pocket, which is unprofessional of him. It took 4 weeks to see a refund for the keys and the mats he said he couldnt do. Although were multiple text messages agreeing to everything. His communication is awful and his professionalism is the lowest ive seen. Would not return. More

My experience with my sales guy, Jason Long was overall pretty good. Is a young man trying to learn the business. He tried to do everything he could to make my absolute worst experience be better. Although pretty good. Is a young man trying to learn the business. He tried to do everything he could to make my absolute worst experience be better. Although he doesn't have much power and changing the outcome. He tried to make the situation better by talking with me. He even had a follow up phone call. But I have to say, my overall experience was Clay Clooney was terrible. Sold me a car that had bad bearings on the front end, a busted radiator hose and completely bad coil packs. Had to pay out of pocket for new bearings on the front passenger side wheel and a complete new tune up. Almost $1,000 in repairs on a vehicle just weeks old. Clay Clooney dealership assured they would help me with any issues and told me they inspected the expedition thoroughly. That was false. They did fix the broken hose only because it busted on the way home from buying the car. More

My vehicle was immediately returned the day I bought it due to a major radiator hose busting on the highway, on my way home from the dealership. They swore the vehicle was completely inspected after the re due to a major radiator hose busting on the highway, on my way home from the dealership. They swore the vehicle was completely inspected after the repair was made. One week later I'm paying out of pocket for new wheel bearings on the front left side. Two weeks later I'm paying out of pocket for a complete tune up because the Expedition is misfiring. Both times the dealership would not do anything to help my situation. The service manager herself said the vehicle will be completely inspected THESE CARS ARE NOT INSPECTED PROPERLY. Never, will I buy another vehicle from Clay Clooney. Worse car experience ever... More
