I recently came to Audi for routine service for my A4, which I have had for over 10 years. Since it had been so long I was also interested in potentially leasing a new model of the A4. That's when I met Mario. He was very welcoming and treated me like family. He helped me get a great appraisal for my old car and a great deal on my new one. Left my service advisor George a message to schedule service for my wife's RSQ8. His administrative assistant reached out to me within a few hours and we were on the books for a week out. Dropped the car off in the morning at 8am and i received a text three hours later saying my vehicle was ready. Shortly after, i received another text with a link to xxx port where i paid for my service long before my arrival at the dealership to collect my vehicle.
