Very professional. Check in went very well. Took my car and and showed where lounge was. Only problem was TV in Nissan lounge was broken, so I was directed to Infiniti Check in went very well. They diagnosed and fixed a problem that many dealerships could not. It took longer than I wanted and they were less communicative than I'd like but they got the job done. I appreciate the facility and workers, digital communication but in less than 30 days, had 2 services for similar problem totaling almost $2k is steep not counting rental and towing cost. I pre communication but in less than 30 days, had 2 services for similar problem totaling almost $2k is steep not counting rental and towing cost. I prefer dealer service than personal mechanic. But, for my prwferred patronage, without questioning labor cost per hour, why eliminate car loaner, a car wash, and why car parts costs so much more (3x) than the local facilities. Things are financially hard. Be reasonable and relate to your faithful customers. More
