The service center is ran poorly. They are supposed to call you when parts are ready to schedule an appointment but that NEVER happens. They also state that a simple install will be an 8 hour job so plan to be at there terrible facility all day, as if people don’t have jobs. Each person I have dealt with at this service center are terrible. They have no idea what they are doing. That includes the person that answers the phone and schedules appointments. I will not be going back to this service center again. I will lot recommend this dealership and I WILL NOT buy another car from this place. Poorly ran and managed. More
