I raised my voice just a little wasn't screaming at him at all until the police came and want to grab me. I didn't threaten him at all and he called the police on me. I was very upset with the lack of communication on when Kia would decide if they were going to repair my engine or not. They did not offer me a rental car for the week they had my car.
