Although nissan rogue was was not my first choice but this with premium reserve trim and panaromic sunroof it feels nice to ride this car. On top of it free all weather mate and bumper protection was a great gesture from mr. Alam. More

"My" Car I walked on to the showroom floor and found "My Car" right in front and was greeted by Alam who took me through the process, a test drive of a similar I walked on to the showroom floor and found "My Car" right in front and was greeted by Alam who took me through the process, a test drive of a similar vehicle, exploring different options, financing options and answering all my questions. I had changed my mind on a couple of things only to change my mind back and Alam handled it in stride. He was even willing to come in on his day off the next day had I chosen to buy it outright. I'm glad I stopped in to Legend Nissan to "look"...never expecting to buy that day. Please tell Alam I say thank you for "sharpening his pencil"!!! I'm sorry, but I don't remember the fellows name who helped me with the loan docs. He was great, too! More

Great Experience! Ashraful made sure that I was able to get my car and everything that I wanted along with it. He was very attentive and always accessible by phone. He worked diligently to negotiate a good price as well as deliver the car at a timely fashion. He was great at helping me with all of my requests and he went the extra step with coming in on his day off just to finalize the deal!!! I would highly recommend!!! More

Super Star Alam! Ashraful Alam is total opposite of what we typically think of car sales person. He earned a 5 star in my book. He is a superstar at what he does. From test drive to delivery, I was extremely pleased with the service he provided. I've had horrible experience at 2 other nearby Nissan dealerships. Their staff should learn from Alam. His product knowledge, sincerity and honesty blew away all other sales person I ever dealt with. I am very satisfied with my car shopping experience at Legend Nissan. Any issue I had he put it in writing and made sure he took care of it immediately and followed up with me through text messages on my phone. I would highly recommend Alam. Also Chantelle Thoi Was also a great internet sales person. She was able to get back to me as soon as she got an email of the exact car I was looking for. She was able to give me very fast and thorough information about the car faster and more accurately then any other internet sales person I previously spoke to from other dealership. She worked out the price and the negotiation and made it a worth while 1hour and 30 min drive to ny just to get that exact car. She also made sure everything we agreed upon was in writing. This made sure there was no hassle and everything was straight to the point. I would definitely work with these two again. There are alot of horror stories of buying a new car, they made sure it was nothing but a great experience. Thanks again guys! Happy owner of Nissan Murano platinum 2017 edition with a wifi accessory. More

We went over the value of rolling over one lease to another and actually negotiated a deal that reduced my payments while upgrading the features in my new Maxima SL. It's not often you get deal with a sales person as helpful and dedicated as Alam! More
