Was pleasantly surprised to find Monday morning service times available online not quite sure the dealership was aware when I pulled in at 9:30 but Ashlyn was very nice. Oil change went great, but the service of finding out why my rear passenger side window periodically won't stay up wasn't resolved. I was told that the technician after 7 times of working the window controls my rear passenger side window periodically won't stay up wasn't resolved. I was told that the technician after 7 times of working the window controls he was able to mimic the problem then was told it was a heat issue but no repairs were made. If there is a heat related issue after working the window 7 times then there is a problem with it. The fix isn't to tell the customer to bring it back if it happens again. It's a periodic problem like I explained when I dropped it off, so yes it will happen again. So with the oil change service I was pleased with, but the warranty repair issue was completely unsatisfactory which I will notate in the survey that I have yet to fill out. More
