Although I like the having no appointment option, this visit did not meet the expectations of past experiences at the Jeep dealership. This visit truly left me with feelings of substantial disappointment after driving for 45 minutes. Upon arrival, I waited about 10 minutes in my vehicle before being approached. While theoretically, this does not seem like a long time, start a timer, and your opinion may change. After 1 hour of waiting for service, I was informed the vehicle had not been moved because they did not have the keys. This was quite frustrating because the check-in person never asked when I arrived. About 45 minutes later I received a notification that the vehicle was ready and final touches were being made. About 15 minutes after that, I checked for an estimated completion time and was informed the oil was not on the premises. I waited another 30 minutes before the job was completed. However, when I left the premises I noticed that the oil sticker had been changed to return for next service 4/2025 or 28,000 miles. Yet, I am already at 29,579 miles. So throw the whole pay attention to detail out the window. Also, as I arrived at work the following day, the add washer fluid light illuminated. I've never taken a vehicle for an oil change and the fluids were not topped off. This entire visit gave me a feeling of nonimportance. Servicing my vehicle was not a priority during this visit. More

Correct their mistakes in a timely manner. Cons: Lack of collaboration between departments. Didn't give quote before service is preformed. Lack of attention to details. Drop off my jeep for four tires replacement, but found out during my service appointment that the service and parts departments did not collaborate to order the tires ahead of time. My service department agent had to order the tires same day with overnight shipment, but did not tell me the cost of the tires before putting the order. I was expecting my original quote when I spoke with the parts department a week before my appointment service of $285 per tire. However, at the cash register, it costed $435 per tire. I was shocked! I was expecting my grand total to be around $1400, but I was surprised with grand total of almost $2000. Also, the tires' pressure were above 10 psi, which I had to adjust before driving home. I would not recommend going here for large work order. More

I was not pleased with certain members of the service department. I felt uncomfortable and overlooked. I even made an appointment for an oil change, but I was never greeted or assisted when I walked in. department. I felt uncomfortable and overlooked. It was not until Ashlynn walked up ready to assist, so I will give her credit because she did her best to smooth over the negative experience. I will also give Andrew credit as well because he did try to assist with answering a few questions I had while I was waiting. More
