Worth the drive from Beaverton just to be treated well A little history here. I've followed the Service Mgr, Chris Wright from the old Delon to a BMW dealership in Beaverton and thankfully back to Salem. A little history here. I've followed the Service Mgr, Chris Wright from the old Delon to a BMW dealership in Beaverton and thankfully back to Salem. I've purchased two vehicles from Jim Mannheimer and have only purchased from other BMW dealerships when Salem didn't have what I wanted in stock. Recently took in a new to me X5 with OFH gasket leak and VCG leak. I knew it wouldn't be a cheap visit, but it needed to be done and the other BMW dealership much closer to me quoted me about $150 more for the same repairs. While waiting and working on my computer a wonderful young lady approached me and offered their new continental breakfast with fresh pineapple, granola/yogurt and pastry. As noon approached, she again approached and apologized for interrupting me and offered me a variety of catered sandwiches and fresh salads! Needless to say, my vehicle wouldn't be done for the day so I hopped the Cheeriots Express to Wilsonville and my wife picked me up. Kenzie sent me a text the next morning assuring me the vehicle would be done around noon to help me not have to deal with Friday afternoon commute traffic. When my wife and I arrived the car was ready and washed. I was greeted by the receptionist who remembered me from the day before (I'm not sure if she is Erin) and she offered both my wife and I lunch again from a variety of sandwiches and salads. She is so very enthusiastic and a great representation of the kind of people working there. I have no issue at all with the drive especially when we are always treated like truly valued customers. My only 'complaint' would be the limited number of loaner cars available. Dealing with the dealerships in Beaverton and downtown PDX is nowhere near the positive experience of Salem whether it is purchasing a vehicle or getting service performed. More

When we arrived our sales consultant T.J. had the vehicles r My wife and I viewed some SUV’s on line and called BMW of Salem to schedule a test drive. When we arrived our sales consultant T.J. had the vehicles ready. We took them for a drive and drove the one we purchased twice to make sure it was the one we wanted. T.J. explained all the features of each vehicle as we drove. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. It was like going for a drive with a friend. When we decided on the one, TJ made the whole purchase process efficiently and effortlessly for us. His expertise and knowledge of the vehicles he sells is amazing. TJ and the rest of the staff at Salem BMW put the customer first. No pressure, product knowledge, courtesy and respect. This was truly a “Great Experience “. More
