Mr.Ashley treats you like family! You call and tell him your problem and he is on it. Gets you in and out. And you leave a happy person. Vehicle towed in Monday, June 23rd, very late afternoon. Work approved Wednesday, shortly after 12 noon. Parts, allegedly in 2 days, Friday? Called my advisor Monday, mid-morning, parts arrived Saturday. Wa Work approved Wednesday, shortly after 12 noon. Parts, allegedly in 2 days, Friday? Called my advisor Monday, mid-morning, parts arrived Saturday. Was informed, No techs work on Saturday or Sunday. Was told tech may start on vehicle late Monday? Called mid-Tuesday morning. Left message with advisor asking for status on vehicle. No callback, all day. Called Wednesday morning, asking advisor, "status on vehicle?" Was told, Tech may start on vehicle, Wednesday morning. Call from advisor, late Wednesday morning, July 2nd, vehicle ready. More
