Drove up to purchase a used EV after calling to confirm that they could process the irs used ev tax credit multiple times on the phone. When I got there I was told that they were unable to do this due to t that they could process the irs used ev tax credit multiple times on the phone. When I got there I was told that they were unable to do this due to the system being down. They were also unwilling to fill out and submit the paper forms. They also added on a $650 appearance protection fee which is completely optional online and would not match the online price. And on top of all that they lost the ev charger. Completely dishonest and misleading business practices. More

I honestly can not rave enough about EchoPark. From the very first experience of me reaching out via their website to me walking out the door with keys in hand, each and every single experience was fantast very first experience of me reaching out via their website to me walking out the door with keys in hand, each and every single experience was fantastic! I could literally write a novel about my wonderful experience but I'll spare everyone! Online/chat customer service reps (Jesse, Natasha) were great to work with. Super responsive and they absolutely followed through on everything they said they would. Ashley in Finance was also great to work! Lastly, my dude George from Miami was an excellent sales rep, very professional and knowledgeable and he did his best to get us out of the door as expeditiously as possible! I don't purchase cars often but I will never go to a dealer again; I will gladly run to EchoPark! I can't get over the level of customer services, kind of reminds me of Chic-Fil-A in that regards! They go above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Thanks for the great experience! Customer for life! More
