I specialize in coordinating service schedules, keeping customers informed, and improving touchpoints across the dealership to ensure every interaction feels smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I believe customer care goes beyond the service bay — it’s about listening, anticipating needs, and building lasting trust. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three dogs, as well as crafting and photography. Everyone at Tim Lally makes us feel that they value our business and that they value us as customers and people. We always have all of our vehicles serviced here. Our service team are Matt Nagy, Chris Nagy we always go to them. Both of them are honest, thorough, and have high integrity. They are patient and explain maintenance and repairs to us in laymens terms. They truly represent the dealership at its best. We also purchase our vehicles here as well, because of the high standards they have. Our salesman Bruce is awesome and knowledgeable. Brock the owners son, is very present in the dealership and is always so pleasant. This dealership as a whole is top notch. We will not go anywhere else. These folks are special and genuine. No pretense just great . More
