I travelled from Clearwater Florida to purchase a used 2018 Ram 3500 Laramie Dually... then drove it home overnight.. fun stuff. Ashley was great.. so was Rudy, who picked me up at the airport 50 miles away, then did my test drive with me while Ashley was getting lunch for the team. The only complaint I have (and why only 4 stars) is that their IT system was SUPER slow (I used to be an IT Manager and I know what it's supposed be like) They need faster computers, faster network, the ability for customers to "air-print" from mobile devices so they can have things like proof-of-insurance ready to go into their purchased vehicles. Oh.. and I LOVED the finance process... I paid cash, but I can tell at least THAT part of their technology is up to snuff. More
