Stress Free Purchase Purchased this car through TrueCar contact. Dealer contacted me via email and made what I considered an attactive quote for the car I was interested i Purchased this car through TrueCar contact. Dealer contacted me via email and made what I considered an attactive quote for the car I was interested in. I must also say of the dealers that contacted me through TrueCar, Phillips was the most direct and streight foward of them all. However, when we went to the dealership the car we wanted was being sold as we arrived. This was my fault though, as the dealers email offer went to my Junk box and I didn't see it for 36 hours. However, we had the trade valued at what I though a fair price, and signed a contract virtially haggle free, and being the vehicle was special and in great demand the dealer ordered it from the factory. They kept us abreast as to what was going on, and the car arrived in 6 weeks. The vehicle was picked up exactly as ordered with no surprises or changes to the original contact. Ashley Lake the sales person was very efficient andf through. More
