After explaining to these people over the phone that my credit was terrible and I didn't want to drive an hour to be lied to, they promised they had a special program and my credit didn't matter. They end up going above and beyond to lie to me and waist my time. I wanted a used Altima for 20k - 25k that I already found on there website listed on there lot, and they offer me a brand new 40k vehicle, run my credit 7 times to give me an almost 30% interest rate after I offer up to 15k cash down! Then they proceeded to get me into a new car instead of a used and offer me a low-end Sentra, making promises of fixing my credit by refinancing me in a year. I leave only for them to call me back with the used Altima for 23k that I originally wanted and a lower interest rate. And this wasn't 1 but 4 different managers all doing the same thing to me. I know car salesmen are shady, but Nissan of Puente Hills goes hard with the deception and lies, like they train the managers how to lie! Do not waste your time. There is a reason that Altima, Maxima, Versa, Rouge, Titan and the GT-R are all being discontinued by next year. More

This dealership does not care about you and will ignore you beware please!!! I’ve been trying to contact Ashley or someone but they always put me straight to voicemail. If I can’t get ahold of them through you beware please!!! I’ve been trying to contact Ashley or someone but they always put me straight to voicemail. If I can’t get ahold of them through calls and voicemail, I try my best to send emails and they still won’t answer them as well. I had to get better business Bureau involved and they emailed me about them ignoring there calls. I’ve been trying to get my contract terminated and my reimbursement that I was promise. It’s been a month and I haven’t received either of them. I had still had to make a payment on a car that the dealership has !! The car is in Not my possession and was supposedly returned. They have put me through a crisis financially and emotionally. They promise on customer care and service but they do not care about the customer at all . They will treat very nice because you’re buying the car but when you will ever need help from them. They’ll ignore you and look the other way. We have to go there in person to tell them to terminate the contract or to give me my reimbursement. If you don’t ever go there in person they will never do it or start the process . I’ve been trying to get a hold of the head manager but as well they doesn’t answer. I’ve contacted headquarters of Nissan about the contract termination and they way they have been treating me so poorly. It hurts knowing that they think they can get away with this and treat there customers horrible ! Please be careful of this place and please don’t let them treat you how they’re treating me. They don’t care in your best interest so if you ever go in there please be aware and careful! More
