They went out of their way to help locate our exact wants. Our sales person was Ashley Ferdinand, he made our whole purchase experience seamless and stress free. The physical dealership is new, modern and really pristine. If you go, make sure and take a look at the service drop off/pick up area and the shop. The shop is so clean you can eat off the floor. The dealership is as crisp and nicer than many other high end Europeans. More

Ashley Ferdinand and his team were very helpful in reso My son and I went to the dealership to just "look" for a car for when my current lease was up. Ashley Ferdinand and his team were very helpful in resolving my issue and getting me into the new Volvo XC90 that I wanted right away. The only thing I would suggest for improvement would be for the team to be upfront and informative of Volvo manufacturing promotions. I had to bring this information to the team which created an environment of a little distrust on my part. Over all, I would suggest Ashley and the team to people I know, yet advise them to do their own homework as well for getting the fairest price for the vehicle they are looking to purchase. I gave them 4 stars which I always do when filling out a survey since I save the 5th star for people who go above and beyond. They are still an excellent deanship and I would buy from them again. More

Perfect! We had shopped a few comparable SUVs and had a plan in mind. However, after viewing all the options , we selected an XC90 to fit our needs. We arrived at this selection with the help of a friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. No pressure sales pitch just answered our questions. The delivery phase was handled in the same manner as the presentation of all the options was very detailed. Great product, great staff! More
