It is such a pleasant experience every time I have service done at this dealership. On Dec. 12, 2022, I had my spoiler re-Simonized. It was done free of charge because Simonize would not honor their service done at this dealership. On Dec. 12, 2022, I had my spoiler re-Simonized. Mohawk Honda truly treated me like royalty! From the time I arrived with my vehicle to the time I left with my vehicle, I was informed as to what was happening and all of my questions answered. From the time I arrived with my vehicle to the time I left with my vehicle, I was informed as to what was happening and all of my questions answered. I came in hoping the lifetime warranty I had for Simonize Glasscoat I had purchased with my new Civic in 2015, would cover visible blistering on the spoiler. Simonize would not cover the damage.I couldn't believe this response from Simonize! I went to the dealership to see if they could suggest something I could do to fix the problem. I figured they were helpless in the situation. Before I knew it, Michael Malone, Service Drive Coordinator was there to do anything he could to help solve the issue. Michael took the issue into his own hands and told me not to worry, he would do whatever possible to restore the spoiler as it was before the damage. and he did! My car restoration is beautiful, like new, and finished in the allotted time!! I couldn't be happier; Mohawk Honda, you have a customer for life. I can't thank you enough!!! More

I am so thankful that I bought my FIT because they are not making them anymore. I had to return to Mohawk Honda yesterday for the car to be seal coated and cleaned. They did a BEAUTIFUL job ! We had the starter go on our 2007 CRV yesterday. I am very pregnant and our little girl is due next week. Every place we contacted said they couldn’t help us for weeks. Having a reliable car to make it to the hospital is extremely important and we were stressed. I was lucky enough when I reached out to contact Mohawk Honda that Ashley Dobbs was the one to respond. She was so kind, positive and helpful. She got us right in and made sure that we had a rental if need be. She worked hard to make sure our car was accessed quickly and even made sure it was fixed the same day. She kept in communication with me during the process & even considered our other concerns to make sure we got the best deal. Her kindness made our entire day. We feel completely lucky to have been treated with such priority before our little girl comes into the world. Thank you Ashley for being an absolute gem, you saved our day! And we will definitely be going back to Mohawk Honda in the future because of how she treated us. More
