I originally went to the dealership to change out my summer tires to the winter ones. I was curious as to how much my vehicle was worth since it was a 2018 and I knew the warranties were about to expir summer tires to the winter ones. They showed me several cars but none of them had the interior color I wanted. I liked them both right away. I didn’t find out until later that it was Ashley’s first day. You would have never known it since she was very professional. They offered me several options and I went back the next day and to my surprise they had exactly what I wanted. I never felt pressured and the whole experience was great! Ashley was also very kind and took me through the car wash and offered any assistance I needed. I feel she will be a great asset to the dealership in many ways. I also want to thank Scott, Zach, and of course Michael for his help! More

I have been purchasing BMW vehicles since 2007 and the feeling of buying a premium brand like BMW didn’t feel so special in recent years at other dealerships. When I walked into BMW of Fort Wayne to finalize the deal on my newly purcase I was greeted by Ashley and it felt like a special experience. She took me to my car that was in a designated area of the dealership surrounded by glass away from other cars. It was a whole presentation of a plaque showing the car was reserved for me. A decorative bow was on the car. It felt like old school BMW specialty service, that was so welcoming and I felt I was treated special. I appreciated that very much.
