The negotiations were quick and to the point and once an agreement was reached, she was able to expedite the purchase process so we were able to leave with the new car. The whole process took about two hours and was only delayed so that a final detailing of the car could be completed. Bottom line - if we need to purchase another car, she'll be the first to be contacted. More

I (my husband) did have to drive back up to the dealersh This was my second time working with her. The best. She did her part and I appreciate her! I (my husband) did have to drive back up to the dealership (which is 40 miles away) and have the navigation maps loaded. It took almost 5 hours! I wish the certified Volvo had everything before I took it home. It was listed that it did. The service department was very helpful, but it was still a day that I (my husband) missed from work. Also, the phone and memory wasn’t wiped from the car, so I had others’ phone numbers and memory. That is fixed now. More
